OVERVIEW-
It is a theoretical program which teaches us about customer-focused, data-driven methodology that is widely used to analyze and improve the performance of processes, products, and services.
Dr. Richard Chua, my trainer who is operational excellence expert, master Black Belt trainer, and professor who explains the theoretical experience on six Sigma and its process, quality, and statistical tools.
It took me around 1weak to complete this course. I have learn some key points of how to address a project, improve quality and finding some implementing points like- specific problems, performance deficiencies, improvement opportunities, reduce defect rates and lower cost of repairs.
